In this phase, the client will train Tactical Contacts assigned team on their position in their respective marketplace, their perceived strengths and weaknesses, and the two parties will collaboratively create the most effective messaging for the lead generation campaign. The following steps will be completed in this phase, which will take approximately 5-7 business days:

Standard Lead Generation Campaigns
Our full service lead generation campaigns consist of two separate phases, and include all aspects of our business development system, from list building to telesales follow up and appointment scheduling.
Planning Phase:
In this phase, the client will train Tactical Contacts assigned team on their position in their respective marketplace, their perceived strengths and weaknesses, and the two parties will collaboratively create the most effective messaging for the lead generation campaign. The following steps will be completed in this phase, which will take approximately 5-7 business days:
- Training: One to two conference calls between our teams to fully educate our team on your products, services, and position in the marketplace.
- List Building: Customized lists, including email address, based on your ideal customer profile.
- Messaging: Tactical Contacts and the client will collaborate to script the most effective introductory letter (email) message based on the training and materials provided.
Execution Phase:
- Email Launch: Tactical Contacts will launch the first round of outbound emails using our servers, in full compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act.
- Phone Follow Up: Approximately 2-3 days after email delivery the assigned Tactical Contacts team will begin phone follow up, moving each lead toward resolution.
